Depression

As your therapist, I understand that depression can impact different areas of life, and that it can be overwhelming to navigate. Through a therapeutic approach focused on attachment and trauma, I help individuals explore and better understand the roots of their depression. Together, we will identify negative cycles, increase self-esteem, and work towards a brighter future. My aim is to create a supportive space for you to explore your feelings and emotions, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care throughout your journey.

Trauma- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

I am passionate about using EMDR to help clients overcome trauma and other difficult life experiences. With this powerful treatment, we will work towards processing and releasing your emotional burdens, leading to lasting healing and growth. Whether you have experienced a recent challenging experience, or ongoing experiences that are causing you to experience high level of uncomfortable emotions, we will work through it side by side.

Emotionally Focused Therapy- Couples and Individuals 

Whether you're struggling with communication challenges, intimacy , or are working through infidelity/betrayal, I want to work with you both or as an individual. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy with my couples and individuals to support with increasing your awareness and understanding of each persons perspective and negative cycle and how it blocks your connection. I am committed to providing couples with the tools they need to communicate effectively, grow together emotionally, and strengthen their bond for years to come.
