EMDR CONSULTATION IN CALIFORNIA, IDAHO, AND WASHINGTON

EMDR Consultation for Therapists

Build confidence. Grow your skillset. Serve your clients well.

As EMDR clinicians, we know this work goes deep—and it matters that we’re doing it well.

Whether you're just getting started with EMDR or looking to refine your approach with complex trauma, I offer EMDR consultation that’s collaborative, practical, and grounded in real experience.

Group of diverse professionals in discussion during a consultation meeting – EMDR consultation in California, Idaho, and Washington for therapists and mental health providers.

The quality of your consultation matters.

EMDR therapy is powerful, but it also requires nuance. Every client is different, and every case brings up new challenges—target selection, floatback technique, blocked processing, complex case conceptualization, dissociation concerns, and more.

Consultation helps you feel more confident in your clinical decisions, gain clarity on the 8 phases of EMDR, and stay grounded in fidelity to the model—without feeling boxed in.

I work with therapists in ID, WA & CA who…

✔ Have completed EMDR basic training (any EMDRIA-approved program)

✔ Are pursuing EMDRIA certification (as a Consultant in Training, I am able to provide 15 of the 20 required consultation hours)

✔ Want to feel more competent and supported in their EMDR work

✔ Are navigating tricky cases and want a space to reflect and problem-solve

✔ Value down-to-earth guidance from someone who understands the demands of real-life clinical work

I especially enjoy working with therapists who are newer to EMDR, those working in community mental health settings, and clinicians who want help integrating EMDR with other approaches like EFT or faith-based work.
